Give the boys something delicious to eat with these quick, easy & f****** delicious Superbowl meals.
Kicking it off here with #1 - Taco Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and salsa. Cook until heated through.
- In a serving dish, layer refried beans, taco meat mixture, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
2. Game Day Sliders
Ingredients:
- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
- Slider toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles)
- Ketchup and mustard, optional
Instructions:
- Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions and form into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat until desired doneness.
- Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns and topping with cheese and desired toppings.
- Serve with ketchup and mustard on the side.
3. MVP Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Celery sticks and tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and tortilla chips for dipping.
4. Winning Chili Con Carne
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions
Instructions:
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with optional toppings.
5. Halftime Loaded Nachos
Ingredients:
- Tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
- Top with black beans, diced tomatoes, black olives, and sliced jalapeños.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
