The 5 Best Meats To Cook For The 4th Of July

The 5 Best Meats To Cook For The 4th Of July

Ah, America's birthday! One of the best holidays of the year! Weather your heading to the cabin or lighting off fireworks in the backyard, your plans must include an American staple. Meat. If your not sure what to cook up, we put together a list of the 5 best meats to cook up! After surveying thousands of dudes across the country, here is what we got for the 5 best 4th of July meats!

Burgers:

No 4th of July gathering is complete without juicy burgers sizzling on the grill. Choose high-quality ground beef, seasoned to perfection, and opt for toppings like crispy lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and tangy pickles. Don't forget the classic American cheese to take your burger to the next level. Not a surprise, but no doubt burgers need to be on the grill.

Chicken Breasts:

For those seeking a lighter alternative, grilled chicken breasts are an excellent choice. Tender and flavorful, chicken breasts can be marinated in your favorite herbs and spices for a burst of taste. Achieve a golden, slightly charred exterior while maintaining juicy meat on the inside. These can be used for so many different meal combos, its hard to go wrong.

NY Strip Steaks

This one came in as a little bit of a surprise to us. Being more of a "higher end" cut, it would defiantly be tuff to feed a whole group with NY strips. However, it does make sense. What better excuse to spend a little more on some high quality meat than the best day in America. I mean, your already spending how much on fireworks?

Ribs:

Probably the most popular day for ribs to get made. Marinated and seasoned, there is just something about cooking up ribs on a beautiful day. Although they are messy to eat, they are actually super easy to make. When buying ribs, just make sure your not going cheap. Pay a little more and you will get alot more when it comes to ribs.

Brats:

No 4th of July BBQ is complete without brats, a beloved American classic. Again, no surprise this one made the list. If your really feeling venturous though, you can go for the brat patty. Never herd of it? You have to try it.

Obviously there aren't any crazy surprises on the list but hey, dudes love the popular cuts of meat. One final tip though. If your eating meat this 4th of July, make sure your eating AMERICAN meat. Not only will it taste better, you will also be supporting American farmers. If you want to know exactly where that meat is coming from, check out Dude Food. They will ship a box of farm-fresh, AMERICAN, meat to your house just in time for the 4th! Enjoy!
