I ordered two racks of baby back ribs, and they arrived nicely packaged and still frozen. I thawed them for 2 days in the refrigerator and they were ready to cook when I wanted to cook them. I cooked them both for 4 1/2 hours on my grill low and slow. They had lots of good meat on them, and they tasted absolutely amazing. 100% would buy these ribs again.
