Be the Talk of the Town with these STUFFED CHEESEBURGERS!

Bored of cooking and eating the same cheeseburger again and again? Ready to take your burger game to the next level? We're talking about stuffed cheeseburgers that will make you the talk of the town! These bad boys are not just any burgers; they're stuffed to brim and it's sure to make anyone hungry. So, fire up that grill, crack open a cold one, and let's get cooking!

Stuffed Cheeseburger

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of Dudefoods premium ground beef or Dudefoods Angus Beef Patties
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Time, Dudes!

    • In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure it's all mixed up real good. You want every bite to be bursting with flavor.
    • In another bowl, combine the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Throw in the diced onions and bell peppers. This is the magic stuffing that's gonna make these burgers legendary.

  2. Stuff 'Em Up!

    • Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions. Take one portion and flatten it out in your hand. Place a handful of the cheesy veggie mix in the center.
    • Take another portion of the beef, flatten it out, and place it on top of the stuffed portion. Seal the edges by pinching the beef together. Repeat this for all 4 burgers.

  3. Grill Time!

    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. You want it hot enough to get those nice grill marks but not so hot that you turn your burgers into charcoal.
    • Place the stuffed patties on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Remember, these are thick boys, so give 'em time to cook through.

  4. Toast Those Buns!

    • While the burgers are grilling, throw the buns on the grill for a minute or two. You want them toasty but not burnt.

  5. Assemble the Awesomeness!

    • Once the burgers are done, let them rest for a couple of minutes. This helps the juices stay inside.
    • Place each burger on a toasted bun and add your favorite toppings. We're talking lettuce, tomato, pickles, maybe even some more cheese. The sky's the limit, dude!
