My husband is picky about steaks. Can’t have too much fat, but still tender without it. These fit the bill. They are small, but honestly they are the size of meat we should eat in a sitting. Overall, I recommend them.

Will the meat arrive frozen?

Yes! A little thawing may occur but per USDA standards, it is good to eat if its under 45 degrees!

Does your meat have hormones or RNA in it?

Absolutely not! We only work with farmers we trust. Rest assured, your eating clean, healthy meat!

Is your beef grass finished?

No. All our beef is pasture raised with plenty of room to roam. However, the animals do have access to grain as we believe it creates a superior product.

When will my order ship?

We typically need 3-5 days to pack orders! After that, shipping can take 1-3 days via UPS!
